Vladimir Putin appears uncomfortable in his latest media appearance.
The Russian president couldn’t stop moving while speaking to the world’s press.
Footage shows him appearing unsteady while discussing the possibility of Ukraine receiving Tomahawk missiles from the US.
The latest incident casts more light on Putin’s health after a string of strange public appearances.
In August, his shaky legs at the Alaska summit with Trump sparked conspiracy theories while his mysterious 10-day disappearance in April got tongues wagging.
In May last year, an alleged document claimed Putin has four doctors and 100 guards on 24-hour duty.
What did Putin say during his latest media appearance?
He said the thought of Kyiv receiving the missiles, which have the capability to reach Moscow, was ‘very serious, if not overwhelming’.
The Russian dictator said: ‘Of course, this is an unfriendly act towards Russia, this is an obvious thing, and it does not strengthen Russian-American relations, which have just begun to recover.
‘Of course, with such actions the US administration damages Russian-American relations.
‘This, of course, is an attempt to put pressure on Russia. But no self-respecting country and no self-respecting people ever decide anything under pressure.
‘And, of course, Russia has such a privilege to feel and consider itself on this list of self-respecting countries and peoples.’
Zelensky meets King Charles

Putin’s mysterious appearance unfolded just hours before Ukraine president Volodymyr Zelensky met with King Charles in Windsor.
He arrived for an audience with the King at Windsor Castle and was given a royal salute while the Ukrainian national anthem was played.
Zelensky, who was dressed in all black, was invited to inspect the 1st Battalion of the Grenadier Guards.

Earlier this month, it emerged US President Donald Trump and Putin were meant to sit down for crunch talks in Hungary after a three-hour phone call, but these plans have now been put on hold.
Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said there was no real urgency for Trump and Putin to meet over Ukraine, adding: ‘Preparation is needed, serious preparation.’
Zelensky and Trump also met at the White House last week to discuss the Tomahawks deal, but were unable to reach an agreement.
The Ukrainian president has repeatedly been asking the US for Tomahawk missiles, which have the capability to hit Moscow if needed, with Pentagon officials confirming they were considering supplying them.
When asked earlier this week if Trump was considering giving Ukraine the Tomahawks, he said: ‘We’ll see… I may.’
